Understanding Clients Brief
At Ally International, we gain a true understanding of the
recruitment needs and the profile requirements of your
company. We obtain information about the candidates you are
finding to recruit and create a detailed profile to include
their educational background, work experience, estimated
compensation package and personal profile.
At every stage in the process we record and provide you
with a detailed progress report to ensure complete
transparency, consistency and understanding.
Sourcing Right Candidates
We employ a number of measures to ensure that we explore
all avenues in our aim to find the right candidate for your
company. Our data bank consists of candidates from all over
India and this facilitates us in identifying candidates from
specific locations within short notice. In case of any
complexity in sourcing candidates, we directly consult you
regarding possible adjustments of the search criteria, in
order to locate the appropriate candidates.
If we are unable to locate suitable candidates, we may (at
our discretion with your permission) advertise the position in
national or local newspapers as the need may be.
We specialize in executive search assignments, tediously
working through our extensive networks and tapping key players
in a specific industry to make sure your requirements for the
right candidate is fulfilled.
Shortlist Presentation
Once we have identified the candidates, which are best fit
in terms of the job and candidate specification that has been
provided by you, we will present you with a quality candidate
shortlist of an optimum number of people that maybe required
by you.
These candidates will be represented by an updated copy of
their resume, along with a detailed profile which will include
an appraisal of that individual’s career to date, as well as a
more general appraisal of their softer skills as perceived in
our discussions with them, and their suitability for the
specified position.
Wherever required, and at the specific request of the
client, shortlisted candidates can be tested using advanced
psychometric evaluations with detailed reports on the
suitability of their candidature vis-à-vis their assignment.
Interview & Closure
Shortlisted candidates would be scheduled for an interview
and fully briefed on the job position before the first
interview. We will then debrief both, the candidate and the
client, to determine how they perceive the opportunity. As a
neutral third party, this often encourages both parties to
voice any concerns.
We offer to handle the compensation package negotiation to
ensure a positive outcome for both, the candidate and the
client.
Follow up
Our relationship with you does not end once a placement
has been made. We ensure that we are available to receive any
feedback you may have concerning the newest member of your
team.
As part of our internal process, we contact you within
three months, subsequent to your approval and acceptance of
the candidate, as we believe that as your consultant the
relationship extends beyond the recruiting process.
